No but in all honesty Miley's next album will get her a top ten, but not a #1. Taylor always peaks at the cursed #3 or #4 slot, and if Justin can't get #1 with 'Boyfriend' then I don't see him doing it in the future since 1D is taking command.

Anyways, it'll obviously be Taylor. Mine debuted at #3 with just 3 days of sales after a rush release after it leaked. A properly released lead single put out on a Tuesday will effortlessly snatch #1.
