The fact you put Rihanna before Gaga makes your argument in-valid.
Rihanna's choreo, when she does it, is so basic and simple, even I could do it. Yes Gaga isn't the best of dancers, but her choreo is much more intense and I think she pulls it off quite well. And the fact she can keep going all through a song, never mind a show, shows that she can execute choreo quite well
