Besides, JT's team have said Timberlake is still open to work with Biebs regardless of his acting career. If he was that desperate to change into 'the next JT' then why wouldn't he take up the offer anyway? He's always voiced that he wants to be 'MJ status' not grow into an actor, which Timberlake seems more than happy to be doing.

Let's not forget how Justin's performances of 'Cry Me A River' **** on Timberlake's and the fact Bieber signed with Usher because he was going to be in control of his own career, whereas JT wanted too much control over it.

Justin Timberlake has sex appeal, Bieber does not. Bieber should go away for a while, wait until he grows some body hair and his voice deepens a little more, and then come back sexy as ****!

Why can't artists be the first of their kind, instead of "the next" somebody else. I know nothing is original, but seriously..

JT had a much more grown and mature look during the Justified era, compared to Bieber now. I'm like a year older than Bieber, and no one my age really looks like JT did 10 years ago.

Since I was just a kid when Justin Timberlake shed his teen pop image with his debut album, I don't know if he was as heavily dragged back then as Bieber is now. I know he definitely had some people rolling their eyes, but Bieber is universally disrespected in a way I've never seen with other teen pop stars. He's got to work extra hard to shed that stigma, and his new single isn't doing him any favors.

I wonder if the people who make these comparisons (without intending to be shady) realize how much it hurts the artist rather than helps them. It implies that they're not good enough to make their own mark, they have to follow someone else's footsteps.
