Finally, the debut single from High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens. It's called "Come Back To Me". It's hotttttttt!!!! I think everyone should give this song a chance. It's alright, to survive, she is going to have to distance herself from the Disney Channel some and produce some music like Natalie and Paula DeAnda, which means she needs to hook up with Baby Bash and Frankie J. She sounds like Jennifer Lopez or Selena.

The Disney factor might drag her down, so I agree with Exodus. That's something she's going to have to pull away from. With that being said, I do not exactly like this song (could grow on me, but probably not), but I am impressed with her ability to separate herself from High School Musical to produce pop music.

I hear pieces of other things in Come Back To Me... I hear a little bit of Complicated by Avril Lavigne from 00:32 to 00:37. The whole song reminds me of Be Without You. The ending is reminiscent of We Belong Together. The violin is quite annoying... This will definently tear up Radio Disney...

Drop "High School Musical 2" and do something Disney wouldn't approve. This song is wayyy to "Disney" for radio, she needs something over-produced with an edge while still showing off some vocal ability (if she has any).

lol, I definately heard the "Complicated" reference...like everyone else has noted, she is going to have to transition quicker than Hilary Duff did to be successful. Duff produced music that was completely acceptable to the Disney Channel in order to cling on to those fans (although, she claimed to want to distance herself). Like Kelly Clarkson, Vanessa Anne Hudgens will have to "Breakaway" from her creator.

Well, I agree with Exodus to an extent. A girl like her somewhat has the appearance that kinda reminds me of Paula and Natalie.

But I'll have to hear the song for myself before I make my decision.

I actually don't think this Disney radio friendly. But that's my opinion. It sounds nothing like what Hilary Duff or Lindsay has done. She is going into the right direction. More Pop/R&B direction then Disney music.

Yeah, I think I said it before but...I like this move to not go for the pop/rock sound. As far as the song goes, not the best song from a Disney star turned mainstream star but still awesome.
