TBH those Refinery29 people didn't even know the E.T./Kanye and TGIF/Missy Elliot weren't new songs, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't know that Dressin' Up had been released and they're just comparing their version to the demo.
Dressin Up is more playful than Wide Awake. Both songs would do pretty well, but Dressin Up would do way better as a summer single. Hopefully it gets released Mid-April and at least it would be played a little bit in the summer.
