I hate when musicians say stuff like this. It sounds egotistical & sets standards too high for the album. It basically sets people up for disappointment.
Yes, drag Ke$ha. Talentless *****, she said she wants to reinvent the pop music but she's still in her comfort zone riding Dr. Generic's dick, trying to recreate the same success she achieved in her peak with Tik Tok
How many Tik Toks is she going to create?
I believe even Katy Perry can change the pop music, def not Ke$ha.
Well when they sell 2m first week, they will have every right to.
BTW may not have been favorable, but it has people talking, has solid music and will always be rememebred as "the album of the decade". In the end, she won.
It's all about marketing and hype, it will never end. It's not just pop stars though because some rappers have implied they're bring back "real" hip-hop with their album. R&B singers have said the same by saying they're bringing back "real" R&B music.
