I watched The Help and, it was such a sad experience. I'm black but from the UK, but it must've been horrible for them growing up there. District #11 is just like that.

After I read that both tributes from District 11 were black I came to the conclusion that district was predominately black and then the passage about agriculture (basically out in the fields) furthered my assumption.

That really upsets me. How are people die hard fans and can't realize that the book describes Rue as having dark brown skin. Thresh was the real winner of The 74th Hunger Games and they know it. I hated how they let Cato kill him in the book, Cato could NEVER kill Thresh in a million years. And then in the movie they let the mutations kill him, we all know he would have won that game easily.
