Hmm, not really.
I was expecting Kelly to not strain in the high notes, since she has a natural higher tessitura than Xtina's. She sounded nice but nothing really memorable.
She tried, though.
She attempted the E5 - something Christina has NEVER done in ANY live performance.
Kind of important to note here that Kelly literally picks a song and sings it within a day or two before the show.. also, she's on tour and her voice is extremely tired. I'm not saying she's better or worse than Christina with this cover, but just saying you can't expect any artist's voice to be perfect while they're touring constantly. Especially with Kelly and how vocally demanding her set list is.
I don't really get those saying she lacks emotion here.
But will probably never happen
