i can see where he is coming from and it is kind of odd to even comprehend Madonna trying to stay on par with the younger generation with such references. It's a clever incorporation. Try pronouncing the term MDNA. Sounds like Madonna. It also is an obvious reference to the drug. You spell out MDNA and people would instantly think out the drug.
