I don't know why artist just don't keep their options open. There's nothing wrong with admitting that your opinion on certain music may change and there's certainly nothing wrong with working with Dr.Luke but you shouldn't trash them because you never know when you might have to work with them. I see what she was trying to say but hopefully it doesn't bite her in the ass.

This! Yes, it was dumb and hypocritical to say those things. But, don't you think after all this time and working with these different people and actually spending time in the business has maybe changed her perspective? People can grow. At the time, Katy was still rising to stardom with just a few hits. Since then, she graced us with 5 #1's from TD. Over the course of her career so far, she has learned how to make a hit and please the public. Can't Marina be learning? Maybe she has grown and is still growing as an artist. Katy could have taught Marina things she never expected on that tour!

One of the first quotes I heard from Gaga that made me love her was something along the lines of "I aggressively love pop musc, to me there is nothing more powerful than a song that no matter who hears it, and no matter where they are, everyone gets up and dances"

It's very obvious Marina wants a hit. Just because her Electa Heart concept is a transparent side-step to avoid "selling out" criticism, doesn't make it any less interesting.

There was an interview a short time ago (maybe 6 months?) where she talked about how she learned it isn't necessarily bad to work with people and collaborate with new producers and writers, that she didn't have to do it all herself.

Let me say one thing: I know what Marina is doing (making fun of popstars like Katy and Kesha) with this album, it's all part of a joke, I know because my best friend is a Marina stan. But she is going on with this joke for too long, she wants the success and I think the 'joke' thing is going to overshadow the true Marina in the next months, you guys will see it. She is not in control anymore, like she was in the beginning of the project. But that's just an opinion. I love Marina
