Not trying to be negative or anything but I was thinking about this earlier.

I know a lot of us, including myself, have said that the reason the BTW singles didn't take off like they should have was because the music was too different and not generic enough. Well, what happens if Gaga releases new music that is radio-friendly and hit-worthy and the public still doesn't take to it? Have any of us thought about that? What would that mean? That would mean that the public isn't here for her, right? I guess if the song is catchy enough, it won't matter and the public will like it either way, but I don't know.

We don't know for sure, though. I'm not worrying because I don't care about success. I do, however, care and do not want her to fade into irrelevancy. With artists like Rihanna, Katy, and Nicki putting out the most generic and radio-friendly music, how can Gaga compete unless she lowers herself to what they do?

I dont think that, that will happen, public is interested in her. If she plays the cards right and promotes well, her next lead single will be big too.

i have plenty of friends that are interested in gaga but arent stans, they told me when they were just looking at the songs in the back of born this way that they turned away from buying it because they saw judas, bloody mary, black jesus. i feel the GP feel the same way thats why the album isnt up on the charts. lets see if the tour helps out its sales .. next era will kill though, i have a great feeling !
