It isn't that different from the original international version. Just 2 bonus tracks, and the removal of solo "In the Dark". I thought it was delayed because she worked on heaps of new music.

I keep trying to tell you all that this isn't the US tracklisting.
It's the UK re-release, which is much different.
However, I doubt we'll see any more songs on the US release... but still.

The reason I know the tracklisting will be different is because of the Bass Down Low remixes.
She doesn't even have Bass Down Low confirmed for the US...
Same with Take Her From You, which is also unconfirmed and will probably not make the release tbqh.
