Where'd you hear this? The involvement of MIA has certainly done Madge right.

It doesn't surpass Ray of Light. It may be equal, but it does not surpass it.
Debatable if it surpasses Confessions.

I'd rank MDNA above Hard Candy; maybe even American Life. Otherwise, it's pretty mediocre in comparison.

1. Girl Gone Wild
This song is finally what confirmed for me that all of Benny Benassi's songs sound the same. Same sort of sound in every one. But in this song, with his repetitive productions and Madonna's voice (and poor lyrics, sadly), the song is amazing. It sets the mood for the first half of the album as a dance theme, an anthem, almost. The melody is impossible to get out of your head once it gets in, becoming addictive.
2. Gang Bang
This **** was my favorite from the very damn start. Her whisper vocals in the beginning are haunting, and the bass drum (with that weird rebound bass that you can barely hear between the pounding drums) is just so sexy. The effects used (The car speeding, the police sirens, the gunshots) all tell a story of the main idea of the song. In my opinion (I'm not saying everyone sees it this way, but I find it fairly obvious), the song tells the story of her pulling a drive-by ( ) on a man who cheated her, then killing herself for doing it. Of course, in that last verse thing, she talks about killing him again when she sees him in hell.
3. I'm Addicted
Now, at first when I heard the snippet, I loathed this song with a passion. It sounded like a horrid, generic and annoying song that was trying so hard to be different, that it became exactly the same as every other song. When I heard the song in full (Let's not get on that story again ), my mood completely changed. The song is, like "Girl Gone Wild", a club stomper, almost an anthem for dancing ("I NEED TO DANCEEE" *Club beat drops*).
4. Turn Up the Radio
Not too much to say here: It's a wake-up call, in a way.
Starts with that techno-ballad thing, reminiscent of David Guetta songs, then transitions into a perfect club track. The way the club production continues into the second verse is just absolutely perfect.
5. Give Me All Your Luvin' (feat. Nicki Minaj & M.I.A.)
..................................
6. Some Girls
FINALLY! An Orbit track (besides the godly Gang Bang)!
I sort of see this as a diss song to plenty of popular artists today. I laugh hearing it that way, but it makes it more enjoyable. The instrumental, with that amazing club beat, is just perfect. Unexpected, in a great way. The song has been stuck in my head forever, and I doubt it will ever get out.
7. Superstar
The song is light, happy and summery. Just too corny to dislike, just too happy to dislike.
8. I Don't Give A (feat. Nicki Minaj)
ANGER, Madonna. ANGER. RAGE. SCREAM IT OUT.
The song is another diss one, in my opinion. A big "**** you" to the media, and most of all, to Guy Ritchie. Gives me teas of "American Life", and the beat is great. Nicki's eruption of rap is amazing, especially her line of "There's only one Queen... and that's Madonna, BIIIIIITCH!", followed by the amazing Tim Burton-esque ending.
9. I'm a Sinner
Not too big on this, actually. The song seems to be the result of "Ray of Light" and "Beautiful Stranger" having a one-night stand while Madonna was trying to record a new song, but it doesn't compare to the two songs it's meant to be like.
10. Love Spent
The banjo intro makes it seem a lot sadder and downbeat than it really is, in my opinion. But then, we hear the rest, which is just amazing. It doesn't come off right away as an Orbit song, but when we get to the final "real" chorus, it sounds him. Perfectly. Construction of the song reminds me of Till the World Ends or Heavy Metal Lover (the way she doesn't have the "full" chorus until the end). Best line is that "Speenddd your love on meee, spend your love on meee..."
11. Masterpiece
The title names itself.
12. Falling Free
Saddest, most beautiful song she's ever done. That's all.
Bonus tracks soon.

Don't forget to make separate purchases with one receipt per cd or else it will not count collectively on the charts.

"Gang Bang" and "Falling Free" well, all of the Orbit songs are the reason I think it can equal Ray of Light. Confessions was my second favorite album. Now... I think MDNA has surpassed it.
