and didn't Beyonce suggest to Rihanna that she take a short break after her tour ended to gather herself, or was that just a rumor

But a lot of them probably do drink, behave sexually, play around with their style, and/or party. Her behavior is not abnormal and people only consider it to be foreshadowing a breakdown because she's in the public eye and the public loves to see stars fall apart and then get back on top.
