Unfortunately they're in the lead right now, but No Doubt has only been increasing all day. *The best time to vote is around 11:30pm, probably American time zones, when less people are online casting votes. It'll make bumping No Doubt ahead faster.

But the good thing is that we're increasing, not decreasing. The Panic! voters must've been very frontloaded, while No Doubt voters are continuously voting non-stop. We only need about 20% higher to overtake them, we can do it.
You hate them too? Good! They're just too embarrassing to lose to!
I have no issues with Panic! themselves, but their fans annoy the crap out of me... They always try to steamroll the other competitors in these polls from the get-go so that the margin is so large that it discourages people from voting for any of the other choices. Not fair.
The people who vote on this seem to generally want to remove well-known bands and vote for the "underdogs" unless some larger band actually gets their fan base to care.
