Her music is more timeless than anyone in the past 25 years.
She is amazing live.
Changes a lot.

I think it's more like she's not doing US promotion. I think she doesn't like the US after her American Life project since it was boycotted there for being anti-war. I heard she promoted Confessions intensively in Japan and then Europe and did only minimal US promotion months after is release
