If you are considering using it again...you could, as I don't know how fast you are looking for results, but I've noticed that with exercise, doing things the "old-fashioned" ways are usually the best...a simple diet of less fatty foods and a balanced amount of exercise is all. Works for me.. (but then again, I don't exactly have abs or guns of some sort...)= X

The reason why I used it was so I could retain some muscle after I cut my weight from a near 220 to 190. (Oh yes, I was a big boy)
Actually my product didn't have too much of an effect on my desire of eating food, but it jacked up my digestive system. (With stuff that would be cured with Pepto Bismol. And I was kind of terrified for a few days of drinking any sort of fluid because it went right through me and out the wrong direction...yeah...disgusting.)
I have been thinking about using it again, because I want to go back and do some serious weight-training, but I want to see a couple specialized people first. (A Doctor for a physical and a certified trainer for some advice)
And the old-fashion way absolutly works (that's how I lost my weight), but you've gotta be commited to it like its your dream girlfriend. (And she doesn't handle well with nearly all super-Value meals at Fast Food restraunts -__-... ) I also find sessions of cardio (which can be taken in a lot of different ways) are excellent keys as well to dropping weight.
It's just a matter of commitment for me.
