You should see me in church. There's a part, I don't know what it's called, where the Priest says a short prayer for different stuff and the congregation replies with "Lord hear our prayer".
Then at the end he says something along the lines of "Add your personal intentions silently", which is when you say a short prayer to God afterwards, and I'm always like "Hey God, what's good? Um, let me pray for so&so because she a mess these days. Lord knows she needs a prayer or too. Uh who else...? Oh, my friend so&so, let me pray for him because child is wayward."
And then we all end with "Lord hear our prayer", but I'm still there praying and rambling along in my head. It's a mess.
