An Oregon man sues basketball superstar Michael Jordan because, according to him, they look too much alike.
Allen Heckard said he has been mistaken as MJ nearly every day for the past 15 years and he's tired of it. He is suing Jordan and Nike founder Phil Knight for $932 million dollars. His claim alleges defamations, permanent injury and emotional pain and suffering.
Jordan has not commented on the suit.
However, he has dropped the lawsuit.

I'm sorry, you look nothing LIKE MJ!
A Portland man who filed an $832 million lawsuit against Michael Jordan and Nike founder Phil Knight is dropping his claim.
HeckardAllen Ray Heckard (pictured) filed the lawsuit claiming that he looked like Jordan and was tired of being mistaken for the basketball superstar. He said it caused emotional pain and suffering.
Heckard did not give a reason for dropping the request for $416 million from Jordan and $416 million from Knight. However, Nike says no payment was made to convince him to drop the suit.
The motion to dismiss stipulates that Heckard cannot re-file and there are not costs or attorney fees to either side.
CRAZY! Why would Nike or MJ give him money? I heard he was wearing a pair of Air Jordan's during the newscast. LMAO!
