I get that you're a fan and you want to dig for some reason to justify her changing speech, but you are not going to convince anyone with that.
She deliberately changed the way she talked as she became more comfortable being in public eye. It had nothing to do with how old she was.
I'm sure if you find interview videos of Beyonce, Britney, and Christina, their speech is pretty consistent from age 23 to 26.
Good thing she doesn't talk like that anymore.
