Was he ever on when Changes was released in 1999?

I believe Runnin' made it on. I think that was the only one though.

Changes made it on for 49 days (If I remember correctly from TRLBYSARAH's archives).

When they had his Documentry/Movie (A couple years back) I remember TRL releasing one of his videos, and I think it was @ #10 for a day... (or I think that was him...)

The video started off in a recording studio with candles, with the switches on the switchboard moving.
