I actually think people appreciate "All Good Things" more. :/ But that one is underrated, too.
I haven't really noticed a strong appreciation for either song, so I can't say which has been more appreciated since Loose was released. I just wish the US had picked up on AGT.
I remember loving it but I went to her album on iTunes a few weeks ago and preview it and all I could hear were hard hitting snares, I didn't recall the song having those.
