GaGa had that panda and teal colored hair. While I loved her teal phase, I didn't see any girls jumping to dye it that color. Rihanna is a charismatic inspiration for hundreds of your everyday girl. GaGa is more haute couture aka NOT everyday fashion.

I'm talking about out and about regular clothes to events and stuff not costumes in videos...a LOT of people wear crazy stuff in their videos but don't wear similar attire when they're at a charity event? We're talking about the girls' personal style not what stylists are telling them to wear in their videos to carry out a specific theme or storyline.
