When I heard her ass bust out with some gwala gwala **** on
No, No, No Part 2 at the tender age of 7, I was laid the hell out. I wanted to sing that song over and over again because I hadn't heard a singer do that before. It wasn't so much the rap-singing, but the speed that fascinated me at that age.
When TWOTW dropped, I realized that ha ass was actually rapping and singing at the same time. I grew to appreciate the way she could effortlessly ride a beat just as well, if not better, than most rappers.

I remember this being one of the original reasons I was so impressed with her. My aunt owned The Writings On The Wall (huge in the R&B world), and I could not wrap my head around Bug-A-Boo to save my life, it was just amazing. It took me so long to actually learn very line in that song because she sings so fast, so sharp, and the song is very innovative.

I'm the summer of 2000, I'd actually go to sleep with TWOTW in my cd player with my headphones on just so I could memorized the songs while I was asleep.
