I don't. I guess it shouldn't matter, but to me it does matter.
Like, I would never date someone who is like over 25. I'm 19.
I know it shouldn't matter as long as two are happy and legal, but yeah. I just couldn't see myself being in a relationship with someone in their 30's/40's.
I think it matters depending on relationships. When there is a big difference in age people are more than likely to be at different stages in their lives, have different financial situations, school situations, workplace situations, etc etc.. different types of friends/family with different mindsets.
I don't see how some of these girls do it. When I'm dating someone or in a relationship with someone I need to feel equal, and that obviously won't be the case for someone in their early 20s still in school trying to have a relationship with someone who is already financially stable for the rest of their lives and already out of school and have pretty much settled down.
Pretty much this.
I remember being in a relationship with a guy who was working all DAY and would only be able to meet me on the weekends. That **** can just get boring and annoying. He would even cancel meeting on the weekends because he had some work event to attend to. I mean it can be a little sexy to have a guy who knows their way and everything but honestly i need someone with a mindset that is similar to mine in terms of where i am in my life right now.
It depends tbh. In my opinion 23/44 is a big gap. However I'd date a much older guy, well a guy somewhere in his 30's. But there are also some really hot 40+ men, one that goes to my job for example. He's really attractive, fit & a silver fox! There's something about older guys that I'm attracted 2.
It def matters. My bf is 8 years older than me. Even though we've been together for over 2 years, the age thing has caused different problems in our relationship and we both still struggle with it sometimes. It really depends on what you are willing to handle in a relationship, what you are willing to give up, and the type of person you are. Good luck though hun.
