LOUD is all over the place and it includes one of her most annoying songs ever, Cheers (I'm still surprised so many people like it.)
Cheers was ok... nothing more nothing less... it wasn't single worthy at all... LOUD has some amazing songs on it... S&M, What's My Name, Only Girl, California King Bed, Man Down, Skin
