There was a notice from the promoter that the 4th date will be the final one. I think it's because it needs time move the stage pieces from there to other countries.
I'm pretty sure there won't be anymore dates added...

She needs to leave room for more dates in Japan once those sell out.

She knew this would be coming. So she already spares rooms in the Japan by performing in 30k-capacity arena, double the size of HK venue. That's equivalent to a mini-stadium.
