The only thing I hope from this Kony 2012 is that it serves as a wake up call that it's time for change....and I don't get the good man vs bad man deal. If you show values and principles and you live life with happiness and energy, you're a good man, if you do something horrible and inexcusable like this jackass Joseph Kony, then you're a bad man, that's my criteria
There are many sides of a story, but one will never know the actual truth. Yesterday, we've heard from IC & the anti-IC side stories. Today, the people who really understand about the actual events have spoken. It's all up to you now, to believe which side of the story.
Things are too complex to be solved with 'Good vs Bad' logic. Cool your head down. I know the urge to help those people are so damn hard to resist, especially with the pics shown on the video. But helping with little info about what's actually happening could be very dangerous. Learn about the subject first, then act.
Exactly. These guys need to make this into a turning point. All eyes are on Africa. They need to use this chance to truly reach the media and teach the reality of the situation. Its time to educate America so actual progress can be made.

Y'all can also go to UN's organizations like UNICEF & UNHCR to donate some money. Sure we can't 100% trust them, but UN's are like the best that we can get right now.

I want to know how many people will remember this whole KONY & conflicts at Africa in 6 months to a year from now. Considering the bandwagoning mentality that has been shown over and over again. Will this be the turning point for our society? Or it will be just another event to know? I can't wait.

I still don't think IC is the malevolent force of pure evil you and others made them out to be, but enough holes in the wall have been revealed. I was never fully behind them, either. But see, in the real world, reasonable people can listen to other reasonable people and change their opinion on what is a very complex issue.

I even applauded them for raising attention on the subject! They are, however, a scam, a hoax, a fraud and very, very deceitful people who are preying on the guilt and emotions of other people.

I tried to learn about the conflict in Africa land since yesterday, and you're right, I got a headache now.
And when I asked my dad about the whole new China & Africa vs the western countries, he lectured me for 2 hours straight.
