Also Run The World could of been a smash. I think the lyrics killed it. It was too political. Saying girls run the world was doing too much.

The choreo was hot, the video is probably Beyonce's best and highest budgeted, and the beat was infectious.

Its a great song, but it doesnt smack of 'lead single'. Just because its a fan fave doesnt make it a lead single. RTW might not have been perfect (IMO it was) but it certainly screamed LEAD SINGLE. And it only flopped because it leaked and the video wasn't finished. It would easily have been a top 10 (#9). It was rush released, which never has happened to Bey before.

Lets say this. The album should've had proper singles. Countdown should've been performed at the 2012 grammys, and LOT should've been a single. That pregancy hype was electric. I can't believe they didnt use that as promo alone. LOT should've been sent to all stations, and I bet that would've been her first #1 of this era. ****...Bey ****ed it up herself. LOT at the VMAS made her album return to the top 10 alone. If that song, and all those of this era were hits, the album would sell a minimum of 3m in the US. I bet it'd be the 10th best selling album of 2011 in the US. SMDH at her foolishness. That **** was cray.

"End of Time" shouldn't have been the first single. It feels like a last single IMO. "Countdown" should have gone first IMO because it would be like counting down to her album release.

EOT is fresh and new to Beyonce, but it still sounds Beyonce. I think she keeps it on purpose.
