Because then it would look extremely frizzy and she would have to spend 1-2 hours a day straightening it to make it look nice.
Her current hair color is more about convenience..... and maybe she likes the natural looking color. She fired all her stylists and make-up artists (she does her own make-up and hair now, even for videos). This current color and style lets her get out of bed, spend just a little bit of time to fix it up, and she can go out and do her work.
