Too early to tell if its iconic, but it's definitely going to be her co-signature song along with Umbrella, it may even replace it as signature song. It's just a feel good song, despite lyrical content the song is just irresistible, you can't help but feel good, it definitely connects with people of all age groups, a lot more so than Umbrella cause a lot of adults thought it was stupid to have a song about an umbrella. Also, it's probably one of her best videos she's ever done, she gained a lot of respect from people with the video who know what it is to be in love with someone and be addicted to that person even though you know that person's no good. I'm really glad she went there with the video as a crappy video would have probably tarnished the overall perfection that is We Found Love. To make a long story short i think over the years this will probably become an iconic song as people will probably identify it as one of the best dance tracks to come out in quite some years.

Charts =/= Iconic

My fave has a song that was #1 for 10 weeks and got 200 Million Audience Impression, it was also the first song to hit 3 million in the digital era and that is far from her most iconic song.

My other fave has a song that spent 16 weeks at #1 (the longest in Billboard History) and that song is very forgettable.

Oh and let's not forget Thriller didn't even go #1 on Billboard, honey. Is WFL more iconic because it did?

I like Rihanna, but I don't think We Found Love is iconic. It's too generic, and it's really not much different to the other dance songs like Give Me Everything, etc. Even the production, it's very far from Calvin's best.

Umbrella will continue to be her signature song.

wtf lmao the song hasn't even been out a year. Being an iconic figure comes with time. It's like that song "A Thousand Miles" its not the greatest of songs, but every1 has a connection to it in someway years after it came out.

If they hate the song or love it "We found love" was everywhere lol I'm starting to hate that phrase general public from now on I'm going to say" people in my neighborhood" because that's really the ONLY people I can speak for lol.
