I would be depressed and sad. It was embarrassing when my friends were googling their names last year and they found a blog of mine from middle school of me complaining about them Which is why I keep all other internet accounts secret, including this one
As far as my friends know, I post on a message board from time to time. And that's all they will ever know and there will be no further discussion on it for the sake of my own life.
