Basically! Any high profile lawsuit like that are sometimes dragged out and most just want to close the case. Britney has been dealing with legal issues for mostly five years now and I can't say I blame her in wanting to wrap this up and start a new life with Jason in 2012. It just disgusts me that the vermin will get some lucrative deal that he doesn't deserve

I think its true BUT that doesn't mean that his claims are necessarily true.Britney just wants to get rid of all her legal **** before she marries jason. This guy also claimed that she forced her kids to eat food that they were allergic to and other messed up stuff like that which i don't believe for one second.
The whole thing is most likely fake but they just don't want her to go to court and talk in any circumstances so they probably just paid money to make it go away. Several celebs who don't want to deal with stupid **** like that, even if it is false, have done/do that.

The bodyguard and others that make money off of her for these things will pay in the long run. Britney needs to move on. It's not like its going to break the bank. She hopefully has learned from this experience and these scumbags will get their karma so I don't worry.
