If you haven't already found out, The Human Centipede 3 is confirmed. Now after reading about this, I ask myself, why?

The first one was enough. Second was probably the worst film I've seen my eyes upon. And now they want to make a third?

While Hollywood is green lighting the disgusting Centipede series, they still are not eye balling, giving the go on the "Xena" movie.

Suprisingly, after bringing this up, I googled Xena Movie again and what do we have here...A new article from LAST MONTH about it...

Really Hollywood? You can't simply share the f**king rights and just make the damn movie. With Clash of the Titans / Wrath of the Titans, I'm sure you have a nice fanbase of Greek out there. This is honestly sad. Can't someone just get those damn rights and make that movie so we don't have these unneccessary sequels that are beyond sh!t. Lucy Lawless even says she wants to do the film. She looks goregeous in Spartacus.

How is the Human Centipede a good example of Hollywood becoming dead when it was written, directed, produced and edited by a crazy Dutch man? It was even distributed under his own studio...

I don't understand. I posted this on Shock Till You Drop's post (about Human Centipede) and they have the same reaction. "Xena? That was random." "You serious bro?"

Just look at Hollywood right now, movies are coming out with recycled plots. Recycled characters. Recycled CGI. The one thing Hollywood does not have is that damn Xena movie.

Like here's what i'm thinking. Convert the last two Xena episodes "A Friend in Need" in Hi-Def and make it in 3D and see how well it does at the box office. If it does well, then make the movie. Flops, then don't.

Plus back when the show aired they made a mini-movie with the last two episodes and aired it like one, instead of two different episodes.

And yes I'm serious damn it!!!! Why does no one think we need an Xena movie? That show was a classic back in the day!

I guess you guys have a point, he owns the rights to the film and has the money. So why not.

But it's just the fact that films like these are spawning sequels and Hollywood (in this case, right? Yes?) is still turning down movies, such as Xena.

I guess the whole point of this thread/topic was my reaction to this getting, yet, another sequel, yet we can't have a real film like Xena. Sorry for the misleading title *changes*

I don't think that Human Centipede is American cinema, so it wouldn't be included in Hollywood. Anyway, American independent films nowadays are great, so I don't think that Hollywood is in trouble. I'll just leave the Xena topic alone, seeing as you are evidently passionate about it.
