I was mostly talking about the "oh baby" video she posted on Youtube towards the people/commenters who were talking about her faking her pregnancy. She seemed annoyed although she tried to play it as if it was a joke. That doesn't strike as someone who doesn't care about how people perceive them, which quite honestly is a normal human reaction.
