Okay, so here's the deal. Every Emmy nominee, once they're nominated has to send one (if they're Leading) or two (if they're Supporting) tapes to be judged by the academy to determine the winner. This year, due to the new rules, the Lead actors had to send the tapes to panels just to get nominated. It's usually very hard to the common man to track down these tapes, unless you can find one on some ******* site or some such nonsense.
