Well guys I am just in LOVE with this album now. I know Im late but I JUST got it and really like it. What non-single ballad, which leaves out Beautiful and Voice Within is your fav. This album is so ballad heavy that yall have options and I aint want everyone sayin Beautiful.
It is between Walk Away and Soar. SO HARD! Umm...Ima have 2 go with Walk Away cuz I love when she repeat the b-sides(I guess.) This is one of my FAVORITE lines! "Im about to break, I cant stop this ache, Im addicted to your allure and Im fienin for a cure." I be singin that all the time.
The best non-single ballads? Hmm...let me see. There is "Loving Me 4 Me", "Impossible", "Cruz", "Soar", "I'm OK", and "Keep On Singin' My Song."
Ranking: Soar>Cruz>I'm OK>LM4M>Impossible>KOSMS. All these songs are just freaking amazing and are just a few of the songs to come from one of best pop albums, "Stripped." But yeah, "Soar" is the greatest. Very "Anytime You Need A Friend-esque" but it's able to separate itself from Mariah's single. The track is extremely influential and sung just the way it should be. Oh and don't get me started on when she achieves the whistle register. "Soar" is one damn uplifting song lol.
Edit - I've lost it. How could I ever forget "Walk Away." It's a freaking classic. I'll rank it as 2nd best (between Soar & Cruz).
