No one knows whether this is real or not.
But to answer your question, I think that she released Deja Vu because it is a great summer song. Don't worry, Ring The Alarm will come out before the album. It is a great marketing strategy.

this is what someone posted on bwboard.net
Ring the Alarm is yet to be released by the R&B and hip hop artist, Beyoncé. On many interviews, such as MTV's Total Request Live, Billboard Magazine, Video Hits and Channel V, Beyoncé has replied to all these media shows on music, that she might release "Ring the Alarm" unless Jay Z and her rest of her team including her manager etc, decide to release another song from her latest album B'Day. She replied, "I might be releasing this song. Jay Z, and my team are not fully sure yet to release something else.!"
[edit]
Release contreversy
When Billboard Magazine had an interview with Beyoncé, they asked her if she was going to release "Ring the Alarm". She had replied that, "I might release Ring the Alarm to the countries of Europe, Asia and the Oceania (Australia, New Zealand etc.) She also said that Jay Z and herself were going to make another song for her "Ultra Platinum" album which was going to B'Day with more remixes, videos (also including remix videos), pictures and more. Beyoncé was not fully confirmed to do this. She had many discussions with Jay Z and her team. Sean Garrett has confirmed on vibe.com that Ring The Alarm is gonna be the second single and that he wrote the song and Swizz beatz produced it although he is not saying the title of the song it has been confirmed that the song is Ring The Alarm. [1]
[edit]
Exclusive preview
Beyoncé and Jay Z gave an exclusive preview of the song only to AOL Music. AOL Music now has a preview music single chart for unreleased songs. Ring the Alarm had debuted number #38 on the AOL Music Preview Chart. AOL Music now has planned to give exclusive previews to AOL customers

Wow, she has a lot of plans for this album. If "Ring The Alarm" is as good as everybody is claiming it to be I can hardly wait for that.
