And get your facts straight. SHania's UP sold 872,000 in its first week counted as one.
Learn the difference between soundscan(over the counter sales) and certifications.
It doesnt matter how you look at it. Shania is on a level of her own with only 4 studio albums released she has sold an astonishing amount.
Shania's COO cd alone sold over 38 million worldwide.

WTF ! First we're talking about Britney and second, Shania ISN'T the the best selling act in all of music in the last decade. Celine Dion is with more than 100 millions albums sold. And I'm pretty sure Mariah sold more than Shania too in the 90s.

Wrong, I am talking from 1995-2005 SHania is the best selling act in music. Shania only put out 4 albums in that time and had astonishing sales.
Celine and Mariah started before Shania and have put out twice as many albums as Shania.
As for the inflated sales of records company's quoting their artists like celine and Madonna and Mariah. THe facts are that you can go to any chart in the world and see that Mariah and Celine have not sold as much as their label claims.
