Janet had a number 1 tour with Rhythm Nation for sure. According to old articles, in 1990 she was the only female artist in the year end catalogue of the time.

So I'd count Janet for Rhythm Nation. I'm sure the Janet. World Tour was as well. I don't know how to look up old tour stats though.
