Seriously with no bias, I think it's Britney.

although she made one of the stupidest movies I've ever seen ,but britney's performance was outstanding. Just look at the scene where she is in the bath crying,I really wasn't expecting such a great performance.

I think if she gave her the right role in a movie that is not a chick flick or about a girl who wants to be a singer , She will do a great job.

Lindsay Lohan and Mandy Moore (she was very good in Saved) are the only ones who can act. Also, Lindsay should have received a golden Globe nomination for her performance in Mean Girls .
