OH, wow. Its definitely not what you think! apparently, kris wants to prove that kim never intended to marry him- proving she committed fraud to make money ($10 million, to be exact).

not only that, but he refused an out of court settlement, wanting to take the case from his Minnesota attorneys and bringing it to California...where inevitably there will be an unbelievable amount of press attention. not only that, but as in the case of MJ and conrad murray, cameras WILL be allowed in to proceedings...according to a mole, this is something Kim does not want; there is a lot of dirty laundry!!

not only that, but kris is also filing a complaint against kims mom, as the whole family come under criticism for taking reality TV too far, and i can see why...what have we got now?! keeping up with the Kardashians, kourtney and khloe take miami, kourtney and kim take new york and Khloe + Lamar...they have a sunday night monopoly on E! on both sides of the atlantic, with the new season of Khloe + Lamar starting a week after the end of KK take new york in the UK. unbelievable.

clearly Kim has a lot on her plate right now, however if she has created her marriage JUST to make money, she deserves what she gets.

Do we know for sure that she's not a real Kardashian? or are you just speculating? its funny how no one noticed she was a bit different before...yet now everybody thinks she can't be!

If she televises her wedding i dont see why she wouldn't televise her divorce. As long as she gets money.

I say air out her divorce on Tv and don't pay her a cent for it either.

Who knew a 72-day marriage could have such an ugly divorce? I mean, my parents were married 24 years and their divorce was more amicable than this.

I have a feeling it is fake but only kim and kris jenner know of this. I feel like Khloe and Kourtney would stop talking to kim for a long time if they learnt the marriage was a fraud.

Oh please. This marriage was so obviously not fake. Did she get married for the wrong reasons? Hell yes. Does that make it "fake"? No.

Girls do this all the time. Kim was/is in love with the idea of marriage, the idea of a husband and kids, etc. She's obviously jealous of her two sisters who are less successful than her but have these great families of their own and are much happier than she is.

I'm sure she married him just to marry him even if she did realize-during the massive wedding prep-that he wasn't right for her. I don't consider that fake, though. Fake is her and her mom sitting there at the beginning of last year, picking some basketball player to play the husband, and orchestrating this whole scheme- and I highly, highly doubt that happened.

I think it's all staged!!!
