They don't. The whole season seems to have sabotage written all over it with the split winner's songs, the better going to Taylor, and the lack of PR to Katherine, so Taylor will prosper. The odds are stacked against her and her single is following in the path of Diana Degarmo. Oddly enough, both of which are better than their season's winners. However, Fantasia>>>Taylor Hicks. Wut's funny is that I can't figure out a reason in why the hell they would want Taylor Hicks to win American Idol? I think they want Simon (the only one with some kind of wit) to quit, as this is the only reasonable thing that can come out of Taylor winning.
