"Roman Holiday" could very well become my favourite Nicki song. My current fave is
"Roman's Revenge", but RH is appealing to me so much more, tbh. I absoultely love Martha's hook/chorus; it's always a treat when Martha gets involved, musically.

Everything about this song is giving me life. I simply can't praise it enough. Mixing Rap music with tribal drums, as well as a religious sample and demonic chanting...
It's ****ing brilliant.
Even today I'm still slayed by the performance, I don't care that everyone hates it, it really showed me Nicki's creative potential, and I'm so excited for the continuation of Roman's story that this album will tell us.
To find out that she's making a movie to go with PF:RR just makes me so much happier to be a ken, as it will highlight Nicki's creativity even more.
One critism of Nicki, though. What is with the Rick Ross grunting she's been doing lately?
She grunts in GAYL and also during this performance, and it's not pretty. I don't want my fave to channel my least fave.
