If Justin Timberlake only proposed to Jessica Biel to get her off his back about marriage — and neither one of them has confirmed an engagement — then his plan hasn't worked out too well. Ever since the proposal, they've allegedly been fighting — first about her ring and now about their prenup and becoming parents. According to sources, one of the duo's biggest issues is Justin's alleged serial cheating.
"She thinks if he strays during the marriage, she should be royally compensated," an "insider" dishes. "She wants a fidelity clause in the prenup giving her at least $500,000 if he does."
According to sources, he's balking at a fidelity clause and alimony and just wants to pay her a cash settlement if they divorce, "but Jess won't budge"—and she's also insisting they hold off on having kids.
"If he's faithful for several years, maybe she'll agree to have his baby," a source says. "She doesn't trust him 100 percent yet. Jessica figures if she gets fat during the pregnancy, he'll cheat again."
Not trusting the person you plan to marry is really not good.

My prayers have finally been heard.
I knew she was money-hungry. How does it make sense for him to agree to pay her if he strays? He'd have to be an idiot to put that in the prenup, which he’s not. So much about her having "all the power" in the relationship, by the way.
Jessica busting Justin's balls about anything is totally out of character and that “maybe she'll agree to have his baby" line, like he's begging her or something, is laughable. When she does get pregnant, with someone else, I hope she gets Jessica Simpson fat.
They should just break up now. There has been far too much negative press since the alleged proposal and too many details about them butting heads for this relationship to be worth it. Even if they make it down the aisle, they're destined to divorce anyway, so Justin should just cut his losses and move on now.
