Depends on the next couple albums. She could end up as a singer with a cult following (like Bjork) or as a legend. Who can say?

Its too early to tell. Its how she plays her game in the long run and if the public will still be here for her. I just wish she does and gets them records but a wish is a wish only she,her talent and record company have the formula to that.

I would say Beyonce is pretty much already a legend now, she has been in the business for a long time now.
But with Gaga yeah, it too soon to tell.
