Authentic Hair, Weaves, and Wigs: How to Differentiatie Them
A girl got mad at me because she asked me if I liked her hair, and I responded by saying that I like girls with authentic hair. Turns out if wasn't hers, and she won't talk to me. So, how do I tell the difference between authentic hair, weaves, and wigs?

You can tell, sometimes you can't. Depends on the quality.

With black girls it's fairly easy to tell.
White + Asian girls on the other hand, i have no idea. They all look the same to me.

So are ya'll telling me that there is no easy way to spot this out? Like, on the single cover for Starships, I can see the hair strands emanating from Nicki's scalp, but I see where ya'll write that it is a wig. It looks real to me. It is just so confusing.

Lol even if you can see scalp in the front, it could be a half wig like Adele wears.

If its a good sewn in weave u wont be able to tell unless you run your fingers through the hair.

OK well instead of learning the differences, we can all be reasonable and just say, "Yes, I quite like your hair," and not be assholes.

I remember a few weeks ago, some boy was like "that's not your hair" to this girl, and she went off saying "I bought it so it's my hair" .

Examine the head of hair. Is it oddly shiny or plastic looking? Is it discolored? Is her hairline not on the skin, is the hair not coming from her scalp or does it look unusual in any way? Can you spot any lace? Watch the girl brush/comb her hair downward. Does she have trouble pulling the brush/comb through one particular part of hair? Is the hair unusually long?
If you can answer at least 3 of these questions with a "Yes", she probably has a weave or a wig. 
I've tried this method. It worked every time.

I've tried this method. It worked every time. |
 I mean you get some good Remy fused, netted or interlocked and unless a ***** is digging in your head purposely looking for some tracks then you'd hardly be able to tell. Trust me.
If you're willing to dish out A LOT of money for a good weave, you won't be able to tell.
