We're told .... on Friday , one day after she performed, "Yes Jesus Loves Me" at Tru nightclub in Hollywood, Whitney told one of her friends, "I'm gonna go see Jesus ... I want to see Jesus."
I don't believe this. Ricky Minor, Whitney's musical director/best friend said that she was swimming for 2 hours a day to get her lungs better. She told him she wanted to GO ON TOUR She also talked to Rodney Jerkins about making new music together. Then Loretta Devine recently said Whitney called her and said she can't wait to start production on the sequel to "Waiting To Exhale"
It's so sad that she was looking forward to doing so much this year. I think this was her true comeback. Last time was more about Clive Davis persuading her to return, I think this time SHE WAS READY!
