Look closely at the video, Whitney was visibly upset with Brandy, look at how Brandy is trying to reach for her and Whitney ignores her only to give her the mysterious note
i am not here for your conspiracy theory ish... she kisses her right at the end, and when she hands her the note she's not all pissed off. what if it wasn't even a note? it could have been an envelope with money in it... you never know.
p.s. like has already been pointed out, brandy's bday WAS coming up.
