I assume it's because she just got signed to that new record label by Justin Bieber's manager. She's going to LA so she can record some new tracks for a full-length release later this year. They probably want to establish her worldwide before she releases a full album. It would of done well in Canada anyway, but they see her potential on a global basis so they will save it for now. Not sure what will happen to the other tracks on the original album that didn't make the EP.
I was watching Never Say Never yesterday, and they literally had Justin going everywhere to promote One Time and it worked. They may do the same with her, she can do really well.
Can't wait to see her becoming HUGE
